About the Group

One group.
Forty years
of structured thinking.

Founded in Singapore in 1980. Independent. Lloyd's registered since 2009. Operating across eleven offices in Asia and beyond.

The Group

Built on
independence.
Defined by
precision.

We started with a clear mandate: navigate the risks that others wouldn't touch. Four decades later, that mandate hasn't changed — but our reach has. Eleven offices across Asia, a Lloyd's of London registration since 2009, and a strategic alliance with Mitsui & Co., Japan have expanded what we can place and where.

Our clients are institutional. The exposures are complex — cross-border, high-value, unusual by nature. We don't just transact. We advise, structure, and advocate. The coverage has to hold.

Ronnie Lum

Group Chief Executive Officer

Under Ronnie Lum's leadership, Pana Harrison completed its strategic alliance with Mitsui & Co., Japan in 2020 — extending the group's placement reach and institutional standing across Asia. The acquisition of AIH Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. in 2024 deepened the group's specialist reinsurance capacity.

Ronnie's approach reflects the group's core conviction: that complex risk deserves structured thinking, not standard answers. That conviction has shaped every significant move the group has made.

What drives us

Not just a broker.
A long-term partner
in managing uncertainty.

Purpose
Protect what is
genuinely difficult
to protect.

Our clients don't come to us for standard covers on straightforward risks. They come because the exposure is large, unusual, or doesn't fit a standard program. That's where we've spent four decades getting better — and where we continue to build real depth.

Direction
Asia's most trusted
independent
broker.

No alignment with any insurer. Just the client, the risk, and the best market solution. We are building a cohesive, agile group that leads the conversation between East and West — between what is insured today and what needs to be tomorrow.
